Purpose: GGS is seeking dynamic and experienced Federal EEO Investigators to conduct investigations. Agencies are responsible for ensuring that discrimination complaints are processed fairly, promptly, thoroughly, and in strict compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations.
All documents prepared by the EEO Investigator (including I.P.s, written interrogatories presented to witnesses, and ROIs) must be proofread for clarity and completeness before issuance. In addition, all materials must be organized well (using headings and subheadings as needed) and written in plain language to aid ease of understanding for the reader.
Desired (but not required)
Candidates meeting the above criteria must be a United States citizen or a lawful
permanent resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of physical U.S. residency
(as indicated on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Legal Permanent Resident
(USCIS LPR) issued Card). Candidates must be able to pass a background investigation.
